How long does it take to set up VehiQ?

Most testing centers are fully operational within 1-2 weeks. This includes initial setup, data migration (if needed), staff training, and testing. Our team handles the technical setup while you focus on your operations.

Can I import my existing customer and vehicle data?

Yes! We support importing existing customer databases, vehicle history, and fleet client information from Excel/CSV files or directly from your previous system. Our team will assist with the migration process.

What hardware do I need?

VehiQ is cloud-based and works on any modern device with a web browser. For optimal experience, we recommend: computers or tablets for staff, 80mm thermal printers for tickets/receipts, and a TV for the queue display. We can provide hardware recommendations based on your setup.

How does the WhatsApp integration work?

We use the official WhatsApp Business API to send notifications. Customers receive automatic messages when their queue number is called, when their test is complete, and when payment is processed. You can customize the message templates in Arabic and English.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission, and your data is stored on secure servers with daily backups. Each testing center has its own isolated database. We comply with all local data protection regulations.

Can I customize the inspection checklists?

Yes! You can create custom inspection templates for different test types (Standard, Comprehensive, CCM, etc.). Each template can have multiple sections with customizable items, pass/fail criteria, and the ability to add notes and photos.

What support do you offer?

We offer 24/7 technical support via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times. We also provide on-site support for critical issues and regular check-ins with your dedicated account manager.

Can I add multiple branches?

Yes! VehiQ supports multiple branches under a single account. Each branch has its own queue, staff, and settings, while reports can be viewed individually or consolidated. The number of branches included depends on your subscription plan.
