1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VehiQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description

VehiQ provides a cloud-based vehicle testing center management platform that includes:

• Vehicle intake and registration management
• Queue management and real-time tracking
• Digital inspection and testing workflows
• Payment processing and invoicing
• Fleet client management
• Reporting and analytics
• SMS and WhatsApp notification services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Creation

To use VehiQ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have a valid RTA license for vehicle testing operations in the UAE (if applicable)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 User Roles

You may create accounts for your staff with different access levels (Admin, Manager, Inspector, Cashier). You are responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Pricing

VehiQ operates on a per-branch subscription model. Current pricing is available on our website. Prices are in AED and do not include applicable taxes (VAT at 5%).

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Setup fees are charged once during initial onboarding
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use VehiQ only for:

• Managing legitimate vehicle testing operations
• Processing customer data with appropriate consent
• Business purposes consistent with UAE regulations

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Falsify vehicle inspection records or results
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access source code
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate RTA regulations or UAE laws

6. Data & Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into VehiQ ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures as described in our Privacy Policy. Each client's data is stored in an isolated database.

6.3 Data Export

You may export Your Data at any time through the platform. Upon termination, we provide 30 days to export your data before deletion.

6.4 Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of VehiQ complies with:

• UAE Federal Law on Personal Data Protection
• RTA regulations for vehicle testing centers
• Industry-specific requirements

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

VehiQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VehiQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use this feedback without obligation to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

8.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.4 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Actions of third parties
• Regulatory penalties for your compliance failures

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the Service in a way that could harm other users

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be disabled
• You have 30 days to export your data
• We will delete your data after the export period (unless legally required to retain)
• Outstanding fees remain payable

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
